It started with one very determined dog and a toy that didn't survive the weekend.
Like a lot of good ideas, Mayberry Mutts began with a problem: our own dogs were destroying everything we bought them. Store-bought toys that promised “durable” and “tough” would come apart within days — sometimes hours. So we started making our own.
What began as a way to keep our own mutts entertained (and our floors free of stuffing) turned into something bigger: a small, hands-on approach to dog toys that puts real materials and real care into every stitch. No shortcuts, no mystery fabrics — just sturdy, cozy toys made to survive the enthusiastic love of a very good dog.
We build every toy the way we'd want it built for our own — tough enough for the chewers, soft enough for the snugglers, and made to last through hundreds of games of fetch, tug, and everything in between.
Every dog deserves a toy that can keep up with them. That's the whole idea behind Mayberry Mutts.
